A day at the Chateau La Hulpe- A year later

A post from last year that was never posted but still a great memory.......



Good morning from Brussels everyone!

I am finally 100% well and taking in everything Brussels has to offer! Yes, I am already in love with the chocolate and obviously the beer! YUM!

No I am not home sick, I do miss those crazy friends of mine but thank you Facetime, Facebook, and Instagram for allowing me to see them every once in awhile!

Well yesterday Todd decided to take us to the Chateau La Hulpe. So beautiful. We were able to walk the grounds but could not actually enter since there was an event taking place. That is ok though because obviously the Browns found a tavern right on the property. Belgium beer you have now ruined me for American beer, thank you. Now let me tell you about my mother ordering her food... it took a hour, she attempted French, and it was quite entertaining. Go figure! Well, lunch was great.

It was now time for a little museum action.
